Doula services

My birth doula package includes:

• 1 intake/consultation /on call session to get to know each other and discuss your needs and expectations
• 3 prenatal sessions during pregnancy to prepare for birth, explore your preferences, and build confidence
• 24/7 on-call support from 37 weeks of pregnancy
• Full continuous support during labour and childbirth
• 2 postpartum visits for emotional support, reflection, and adjustment after birth

1 and half to 2 hours massage done at comfort of your home with warm oil. I bring sheets and towel to cover you. You will remain covered and warm all the time only part which is being massages is open. 

1 and half to 2 hours massage done at comfort of your home with warm oil. You can do massage any time after birth bedore 2 weeks it's a light massage and post 2 week I can apply more pressure.
